How it works

One useful workflow. A clear way forward.

You do not need a finished AI strategy. Bring a task your team repeats, and we will work through whether automation is a sensible way to improve it.

01

Understand the work

We look at what starts the task, where information comes from, who handles it and what a good result looks like. We also identify where a person needs to stay involved.

You bring: A description of the task and the tools your team uses. No confidential documents are needed for the first conversation.

02

Agree a focused pilot

We define the workflow, approved information, integration requirements, review points and success measures. You receive a proposed scope and cost before deciding whether to proceed.

The aim: A manageable first step, not a promise to automate your whole business.

03

Build and test the boundaries

The proposed workflow is tested with normal requests, missing information and exceptions. Your team reviews the outputs and hand-offs before live use is approved.

The question: Does this make the task easier without creating a new problem?

04

Launch, review and improve

Agree who owns the workflow, who responds when something fails and what ongoing support covers. Review the result against the original goal before adding more scope.

The principle: Expand because the first workflow is useful—not because the technology can do more.

05

What affects cost?

The number of workflows, the quality of source information, integration complexity, testing needs and ongoing support all affect scope. Third-party software charges should be identified separately where they apply.

No fixed package is published here because different processes need different work. A proposal should make setup, recurring support, third-party costs and exclusions clear.

06

What will you need from us?

A person who knows the process, access to approved information when appropriate, and someone authorised to review the result. Any system access is scoped and agreed before it is used.

07

How long does a pilot take?

Timing depends on the process, systems, access and review requirements. We agree the delivery plan after scoping rather than promise a universal launch date.

08

What does success look like?

It may mean fewer manual touches, clearer enquiries, faster staff handling or fewer unanswered routine questions. We choose a measure that matches the task and compare it with the starting point. These are measurement options, not guaranteed results.
