How the chatbot demos work

The chatbot demos use fictional sample information. A message, the selected assistant and a short window of recent user messages are sent through the website server to the configured AI provider to generate a response. Previous assistant replies are context only, not evidence. The website does not attach chatbot text to an enquiry; only a separately submitted form creates a real record.

The hosting and AI services may process technical request, security and chatbot information according to their configured services and retention controls. Please use fictional examples and do not enter confidential, sensitive, payment or customer information.

Display preferences

If you choose a theme, the site remembers it using local storage. You can remove that preference through Cookie settings.
